I selected Caliber Collision for body work because of the partnership with my insurance. I am so glad I was pointed towards this shop. My car looks brand new! The experience was so pleasant too. I was shuttled to the rental place. I received regular text updates - the charges and paperwork was explained clearly and succinctly. They also took the rental car back for me at pick up. Everybody was so kind and cheerful. I can't think of a single improvement they could make.

All the staff here are all excellent - all positive interactions. It made the reason I was there primarily a little less disappointing. Glad to be working with them.

Dave is the best! Brought my vehicle in for an estimate after it was hit in a parking lot. He was able to work his magic and make my bumper look like new - I was able to withdraw my insurance claim! What a lovely experience. :)

This place was great, had to have a side mirror replaced (entire part, not just the glass) they got me in and out in only an hour, and even gave me a discount to meet their initial cost estimate. For comparison, another place, a dealership, wanted to charge me 4 times what caliber charged, and estimated twice the time for the work.

I got my car back after getting rear ended. My exhaust system was crumpled up due to impact in the back. They replaced the exhaust and now I’m having a bunch of issues. I was told that because I had a muffler delete it caused my engine code to keep reappearing. I had a muffler delete a year and half before I got rear ended, with no error codes or o2 sensors going off. They replaced my exhaust and tried to redo my muffler delete I had before the accident and completely botched it and now I’m having issues with the new exhaust system shooting codes. It sounds different than before, and it rumbles at low RPM which it didn’t used to before. Dave brought me to the back to see my car on a lift. He was very rude the way he was coming off. I was simply trying to get the point across that Im having issues with the exhaust that Caliber installed and he practically told me to go somewhere else and get it checked out. Unbelievable, save some headache and go somewhere else. Repairs looked great besides the exhaust system issue.

They have worked on 3 different cars and every time the work was done very well. The office folks are wonderful and they call to update you through out the week. They worked well with our insurance company.

Not only was the repair after my accident done well, the customer service level at Caliber is top notch. From the initial call, to insurance help, to rental car setup, to explaining the repairs - everyone on staff was great. The best part was the regular text messages that were sent throughout the whole process keeping me up to date.

No attention to detail. When I got my car back after smacking into a deer, the paint on the front bumper didn't match the rest of the bodywork, and the hold latch needed adjustment as it was loose. After having them repaint it again and adjusting the hood catch it was fine, but these are mistakes that shouldn't happen. Edit to respond to the owner: You had 3 tries to get it right, why would I give it to you again?

I was rear-ended last winter and Caliber fixed my car and restored it to the original condition very quickly! After ordering the parts, it only took them two days to paint it and it looked like new. In a separate incident, my side mirror cover came off the next year and Caliber restored it perfectly to brand new condition in less than an hour. I have been impressed and happy as a customer. I know there are many other people with car problems, Caliber would be great to diagnose and fix any of your major car issues.

Dave and the team were completely amazing. Excellent communication, friendly service. Receptionists were always super friendly whenever I called with a question. Pricing was transparent and no surprises. When I picked up my vehicle very close to closing, Dave took the extra time to walk around my vehicle and talk about other services that could be performed down the road if needed. I can't recommend these folks enough, great experience start to finish.
