Cim, an estimator, is a very experienced and professional auto mechanic. He is a superhero who fixed my stubborn car trunk which won't open anymore. I can't thank him enough for the service that he provided me with my car.
I came in to have them fix my wife’s door on her passenger side door. It was a quick fix and they didn’t even end up charging me for it. Big thanks to Scott the estimator there and the entire staff I will be using them for all my needs in the future!
I stopped at Ball Body Shop for an estimate on a bumper dent. Scott (Ackerman) said to go have a seat in the waiting area. He took me back to my car and to my surprise, had repaired the bumper. To top it off, no charge!! Thanks Scott!
Great work completed by this shop. Specific shout out to Scott for being patient and helpful with our situation. Customer service from the front counter was top notch too. Would recommend!
I was having an issue with my car door and decided to pull into Ball Body Shop. I was explaining my issue to to the attendant at the counter when Scott Ackerman told my to pull my car into the bay. He quickly assessed my issues and asked me to have a seat in the waiting room. After about five minutes Scott came to get me and told me I was all ready to go, issues were solved, quickly and at no charge!! Amazing, kind and very appreciated!
