Very fast and efficient !! Amber was great !! Only thing is could have offered to fix 2 minor chips in the paint since the had the color match .. but never offered to fix it ( I would have paid for it ) .

First class service and experience after a challenging situation with my car. The staff were so kind and helpful and the car was repaired so well, and almost two weeks ahead of the estimated date- despite a busy holiday season. I will continue to go to Caliber Collison for any future needs. Shout out to the Franklin and Mount Pleasant locations for their hard work and customer service.

My car repairs were done here, but I would not ever go back. I found the customer service to be subpar and the billing to be dishonest. Even though my insurance paid my hefty bill, the microaggressions were very real when it came time to pay my deductible. I was told repeatedly that I must pay to pick up my car. I thought paying for my deductible portion of the repair was normal, so I never questioned that, but the consistent reminders were a bit ridiculous after a while. My car was also promised by a certain date, and it was there longer than anticipated. Perhaps it was beyond their control, and I understand that, but the communication about it was lacking and inconsistent. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience, and I wished I had read reviews before choosing them. I wish my insurance would drop them due to their lack of integrity in billing. When I came to pick up my car, the guy who checked me out added more charges and tried to get me to just sign all documents upon leaving and to acknowledge these 'new' charges. I wasn't going to sign because I had not been informed of this new inflated bill. Even though they were billing my insurance and not me, I felt that was pretty slippery and dishonest. How do you just hand over a stack of papers and try to rush signatures as a customer is walking out the door and not verbally inform them of any changes? I was very uncomfortable and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. It was mostly the big and tall gentleman who showed the microaggressions and the dishonesty. I originally posted this review under Gerber Collision in Racine, and that was an accident. I used Gerber Collision in Madison, and they were awesome.
