Got a battery model which was not available in most other places.
They are good. Just can't understand why I signed up for a membership. I never get anything off. Seems like just a marketing tool
By far the most amazing and humble experience I’ve ever had at any auto store! Both James and Ronnie are hands down the best! Not only did they provide the best customer experience ever, they took the time to explain things to me! (Hints I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars!) They were not out to get my money by selling me unnecessary parts, but actually saved me from spending unnecessary money. By far the best experience I have ever had anywhere in a long time! I will never go to another auto store again ! They have my business for life! You guys rock! Thanks so much!
Great customer service the staff helped me with a project that I had issues with. Will now be my go to store
Was in store 12/10/22. Purchased front windshield wipers & cabin filter. Zander installed both for me. He had never installed on my type of vehicle, so had to look @ directions. He was focused, careful & patient & figured it out! Very nice young man - I'd hang on to him as an employee if I were you. Good employees are hard to find. 😊
