Kevin is one of the best to work with! I had TWO mobile mechanics GHOST me before I found Kevin. I had one other who actually came out - but apparently didn’t really want to do the work because he gave a STUPID price for the work needed. Kevin had walked us through a few issues over the phone - he says he would rather teach his clients if he can then have them pay him for work they can do (who does that??!!). When we decided to go ahead and get a couple of things he replaced/repaired Kevin was FAIR, FAST and ACCURATE! We live 80% full time in our 11 year old fifth wheel rig and it’s nice to know we have some e we can depend on!! Thank you Kevin

We were camping and late at night found ourselves without power... we sent a text hoping we might be able to get help in the morning and were shocked when we found ourselves on the phone troubleshooting in our pjs. Who does that?? KRS does! Best customer service ever. I learned a lot about my unit along the way too because he took the time to explain what was what and why. Thank you again!!

Called to talk about mobile rv service, owner was very helpful, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, I was very impressed and he helped me without any financial compensation, I will be using his company for any future needed service, true customer service!!

KRS mobile RV service is hands down the best repair business I’ve ever encountered during my 30+ years living on the Illinois/Wisconsin border. His knowledge and professionalism were so amazing especially during my time of panic when my inverter died. Although I’m moving I would travel to him if I needed my travel trailer repaired in the future. That’s how much I trust his work.

While camping with a "new to me" RV, KRS was able to talk me through a series of diagnostics and had me get a trickle charger until he can get to me tomorrow. I'm thrilled because this has at least temporarily solved our problem and I can sleep easy tonight with my CPAP on! More later after service call tomorrow... PART 2! Awesome service!
