Turned a surprise lemon into a blessing to provide my mother with reliable transportation during her fight through stage four cancer, just before winter. Found a nearly impossible to find part and worked with Gundersen's philanthropic group for end stage cancer patients for part of the payment costs without hassle. We will be returning in the future, and we appreciate the extra time they took to track down that part through back-channels when conventional channels failed.

Luke's (not me!) has always been awesome and helpful. The folks that work there are always forthcoming about telling you about issues but not pushing any extra sales. They work to make things right and give amazing service for a decent price!

I've taken my car to Luke's twice. Both times I was greeted by professional, courteous employees that took time to explain what was going on and how much it would cost. Work was completed quickly and at a better price than the place I use to go. Plus it's nice to support a local shop! Edit to add, just had my car serviced by Luke's again and the great customer service continues. No other place we would go besides Luke's.
