I apologize that we did not meet your expectations on your visit. You brought in your 2014 Honda Civic to have an alignment completed on your vehicle. With every vehicle we pull into the shop it gets a complimentary 67 point safety inspection. That is done at no cost to our customers. When we set a vehicle up for an alignment it requires a technician to pull it in and rack the vehicle and check all components for the alignment to be completed. During this check it was noted and you were advised that you had loose components that would prevent us from doing the alignment. We at that point did make you aware of the tire condition on your vehicle as well as any other repairs that had been noted by our ASE certified technician group. Instead of charging you for an entire alignment price it is moved to an alignment check at a lower price point since the entire alignment was not completed but the initial steps to do so were still initiated. Aligning a vehicle that could or should not would ultimately cost a customer more as it would have to be redone. We make our recommendations to both keep our customer vehicles safe and reliable on the road. Our price quotes including spark plugs are made based on specific needs and requirements for parts and labor for each and every individual vehicle we work on utilizing industry standards and methods.
