Our Sears/Kenmore refrigerator compressor failed after less than 7 years after we had bought it brand new from Sears. Jordan came out and verified in a couple of minutes that the compressor was shot. He explained that there is a known issue with these LG refrigerators (private labeled for Sears) and had the replacement compressor with him. Also noted that the replacement part has addressed the issue and we should be able to expect a longer run this time. Cost of a new compressor with installation is not cheap (over 80% the cost of a whole new fridge) but the rest of the fridge was still in great shape, and he could have it fixed that day, which was important in our situation. Jordan got it all taken care of in about an hour. He also noted that there was a software update required to make the new compressor run correctly; definitely glad I didn't try to do this myself. Two weeks later and everything is running great. Definitely recommend Jordan.

Jordan came when he said he would. Was very clean, polite, and professional, not to mention happy too! He fixed the problem for less than his estimate, you can't get better than that!! If you live near trego and have fridge issues, don't waste your money, call Jordan!!!!
