Two vehicles up and running in record time though there was no hurry. Had I drove the heavy duty SUV one more time it could have been nightmare(ish). New to the area and so happy with the last two vehicle fixes. I am more than confident leaving a third vehicle, being "My Baby" (2005 Yukon XLT) and a future snorkled, MUD TRUCK' gonna be in his hands.. BTW: A mechanic employed by Ed felt it necessary to keep me in good company from the get go ... as Ed was on a test drive, the employee contacted and shortly thereafter stuck his wife with my company in his home. I appreciate all the extra "BELLS & WHISTLES" that Ed has available....it just feels like home & vehicles always taken care of, indeed! Thanks Ed and your staff who equally rocks for raking care of me.

Heard a bad sound coming from my back right and stopped as it was nearby. They were closed but the owner helped me get a rock out of the brakes anyway. Amazing people!

Hello, I have waited to write this review until I had Ed work on a couple different issues with my vehicles. I would like to start by saying that Ed and his family do an amazing job of making you feel like a valued Customer, which mean a lot given the day and age we are in. Ed always has a smile on his face and has the ability to prioritize work, which is important as each customer has different needs based on their life. No other service center I have ever been to has figure this out. You are always at the bottom of the list when you walk in....Not with Ed, he always seem to be able to figure out how to make it work for his customers. Secondly, Ed is very knowledgeable with all different makes and model of cars. Which is awesome, because it doesn't limit Ed to a specific customer base. This has really helped me as I have a couple different cars and Ed has been able to service all of them. Third, fair and honest pricing. I have been to a lot of different service centers and get the same line "we won't know anything until we start". In my experience, Ed has been able to talk with me and with a couple different questions he has been able to ball park the cost of the repair. I am not saying he has giving me the cost of the repair before doing the work, what I am saying is he has provided me options before he started the job and helped me understand what is wrong with the vehicle and about what it will cost to fix it correctly. You will not walk into his shop with no knowledge of what your about to pay. Lastly, Ed and his family treat you like you are part of the family. I think my favorite part of having Ed work on my vehicles is the conversation we have when I pick up my vehicle. Ed truly cares about you and your family, and does what ever he can to ensure your vehicle is fixed correctly at a fair and honest price. I would strong recommend Ed's Pro Auto for anything you need done on you vehicle.
