Ron was very unprofessional and rude! After taking 3 hours to arrive he claimed he couldn’t change my tire and only could tow me off the highway. Instead he took me to his property 10 Miles away, blocked my vehicle in, and told us we weren’t leaving until the insurance paid him.
Very poor professionalism, I called to recieve service from them and the man over the phone was rude and unprofessional
Rude rude service
The brake pads on my car failed while I was driving past Tomah. Troy came out early the next morning and helped me find new pads in town. He then drove me to an auto parts store to purchase the pads and arranged to have TJ come out and replace the pads. Troy and TJ really got me out of a tough situation and hardly charged anything for their time. I can' recommend them more highly.
Asked to get vehicle towed to a specific mechanic. Ron towed the vehicle to his property 2 miles away, charged us $250 plus tax. Told me he called a mechanic friend and said it was more than likely a timing belt and engine was probably not worth fixing. I told him I wanted it towed to the original place I asked him to tow it to and he charged me another $50 and said he was giving me “a deal”. Told us no one would fix “these foreign cars” in Tomah. It’s a Toyota and the mechanic had already ok’d it. He said it should be towed to LaCrosse to a foreign dealership. This getting a big check for a longer tow! Kept telling me how much things cost and prices are going up. Asked my son before I got there what our occupations were (none of his business) and I feel like he took advantage of that. Horrible service!!!
I’m from Oklahoma, I accidentally put gas in my Diesel truck, TWR came up real fast. Drained my tank and took care of me. Very honest, didn’t take advantage of the situation. Super friendly guy.
