I slipped off the highway and went into the ditch on a snowy day. I went to Schaefer’s after just for an inspection. They literally did NOTHING to my car, didn’t even check my tire pressure and I was charged $125!!!

I had a flat tire while traveling I-41 southbound. They got me safely off the side of the interstate and did everything they could to help me out from there. I totally recommend them!

I went in for an emissions test, and it may have taken, maybe 5 minutes. In the short period of time I was there, I noticed how nice the place looked, how nice everyone in the office was and how efficient everything was moving. They may not have thought so, but I did. Thank you for your fast friendly service. I now have a mechanic shop "I" trust 100% !

Had an alignment and wheel balance/rotation done. Made some special requests and had a good experience. Truck rides great again and service was top notch. Shuttle service was great and was a factor in choosing this place. Had a nice talk with the driver!

I stopped in because I got a low tire pressure light while on a longer trip. Although it was almost the end of their day and they were very busy, they looked at my tire and located non-repairable damage. Since the radials should match and I was hesitant to purchase 2 new tires, they called numerous tire shops until they found 2 matching used tires with good remaining tread that fit my vehicle, drove over to pick them up, installed them, and charged me just over $100. I was afraid I'd have to purchase at least 2 new tires with each costing more than that. Truly a great group of people, who took care of me like my last name was Schaeffer. Highly recommend them!
