Excellent follow through with Lomira Auto. I bought a car from Lomira in Aug. 2022 and noticed some mechanical flaws. My experience when buying used cars is once it leaves the lot the dealer no longer cares, not the case with Lomira. I called them a few weeks after the purchase and they gladly took the car back and fixed the problems. I noticed an issue with the parking brake during this same period and they tried to repair it but for some reason it didn’t seem to fix the issue. As I’m not a complainer I just got on with my life. I later took my car to my local repair shop and was told there were substantial issues that needed repair. As you can imagine I was upset and reached out to Lomira Auto to express my discontent, where I expected them to tell me this was not their problem. I was wrong. Lomira apologized for not being able to remedy the issue earlier and worked with me to solve the issue. In itself this would be considered excellent service but it is better than that as I didn’t discover the problem needed a solution until April of 2023. They could easily have told me they had my money and didn’t care but they didn’t. They helped solve my problem and made me whole. I recommend them to anyone and because they treated me right I will be buying my next vehicle with them too. Great company with better customer service. 10/10
