This was my third time doing business with Jim's. They were (as usual), professional and accomodating. There was initially a bit of miscomminication from the insurance company, and even though Shane wasn't expecting us, he was able to help us move forward with repairs in a timely manner. He then continued to be easily accessible throughout the whole process whenever I had questions. Lauryn at the front desk was also great - she went above and beyond when it came time to return our rental car. Finally, the body work was pristine. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
