Called in the morning and got fixed up that afternoon. Super fast service, pricing was broken down for me, and they actually showed me the bad part after it was replaced and what the issue was. Came with a 1 year warranty at a totally fair price. Big fan of their work.

John is great. He is a honest, very helpful guy. When my battery died died (I don’t drive my car much, I jumped it with a portable battery jumper but it needed to be replaced) I had to reprogram my idle by driving my manual car around and couldn’t because I wasn’t able gas and brake at the same time (after driving manual for 18 years). Instead of simply telling me to get my car towed to his place to get a new battery, John came to my place and drove my car to his shop and I followed him in his personal car. My mom has used him for many years, she trusts him whole-heartedly and even brings him homemade cookies. He is a straight forward, no bs, respectful guy that does a great job of looking after his customers. If you know you know, if you don’t know now you know.

Excellent mechanics here. They are highly respectful, and they take the time to clarify issues/repairs with you. I was impressed by their professionalism, and we intend to use them as our go-to shop from now on.

So I have a problem and I don’t know where to go. I have a 2012 Ford Focus sel and I have gotten reports from the previous owner that there is a problem with the cat. I have been doing my research and I have realized that there are a lot of things causing problems with the cat. Do you guys specialize in fixing catalytic converters or replacing them? Also, side note. I have never been to this place. I have read good reviews and heard good reviews on the prices, but I have been reading the reviews and let me tell you John will come for you if you give him a bad review. People do have rights to their opinions but I’m telling you if you word your one star review wrong John will flex on you hard. I can tell he is very passionate in his work and is very civil and direct. I can get behind that. If you treat me with respect, I will treat you with respect kind of deal. That’s something I can get behind before going full Karen. He try’s to be understanding of all customers and transactions. I can tell he is patients with everybody he works with, customers and employees. That’s someone I can get behind. Good job John.

John is truly a great guy. I thought my car was goner- needed a new transmission after just hitting over 100k miles. I was quoted my left leg at a dealership for the repair and was scared by other repair shops into thinking nobody would fix it because it’s a hybrid. John not only got the job done- he was completely transparent and explained with detail through the whole process, gave me an awesome deal, and even did some work without additional labor cost. He didn’t do anything “extra” without my permission as some mechanics are known to do. He speaks with respect while also bringing in humor as it’s clear he understands the stress that comes with car problems. Hats off to John and his team. Highly recommend!
