Waited two weeks, ran around 3 times and jumped through hoops only to be told he didn’t want the job. Go elsewhere to a shop that’s willing to help someone out!

Hi JK, we are sorry you felt that we were not willing to help. We try to give our best effort when giving out estimates to ensure they are as close to the real price and turn around time as possible. Because of this, generally we do not work on parts for vehicles that we did not purchase. This is due to usually finding issues with those parts that may not be correct for the vehicle or poor quality that we cannot fix and end up having to order replacement parts anyways. When you came in today, despite our general policy, we offered to look at the used part you wanted us to install for you to see if it was something possible we could make an exception for. You offered to run home to get pictures for us so we could see what you wanted us to install as you did not have it on you when you came to the shop to talk to us. When you returned with the pictures, the owner met with you and simply repeated that we normally don't work on parts we don't source ourselves at which point you turned around and left without another word. If you would like to reach out to us to explain what we could have done more to help you or if you would like us to explain why our policy for outsourced parts exists please let us know.

My 2 week estimate turned into 8 weeks... My battery died, no big deal, I paid for a replacement (wrong choice). Later, after my passenger damaged bumper repair and headlight replacement, I go to pick up my vehicle and noticed that my driver side headlight went out. I called and spoke with the shop owner and he claimed that it had 0% chance they did anything to it (while switching batteries) that could've caused it. I continued to bring in my own light (I ordered a new) kit. Weber's auto lacks integrity and accountability. I will not be coming back here and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone to do business with.

Hello Steve, We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our shop. We try to make sure our estimates on repairs are as accurate as possible, but some of the process is out of our control and can affect the turn around time for repairs. While we did our best, some of the delay was due to waiting on approval for repairs and most impactful is the parts. Recently there has been issues with manufacturers producing and shipping parts nationwide. While this is unfortunate we do apologize that this affected your vehicles repair time. With the headlight issue we were not trying to shift blame but just trying to explain that the damage from the accident did not reach the other headlight and that changing the battery would not affect the headlight from the exchange process. We did try to reach out to the insurance company to see if they would cover the bulb but they refused on replacing the bulb as it was unrelated to the claim. We did offer to order you a bulb but you told us you were going to bring your own in, which we agreed to then install without charging the labor of for taking the bumper back off to access the bulb, this was to help offset the inconvenience. In all our repairs we try to do our best but even still we are sorry after reaching out to you during your repairs, you did not feel satisfied with the customer service. Please feel free to reach out to us if you can think of something we need to fix on your repair or to explain what we could have done better in our customer service that would have changed your experience with us for the better.

Jamie and the team at Weber's are great to work with. Our Mini Van was in a near totaled accident and when I got it back from Weber's, it was like a brand new van. It was very evident to me through the process that this an auto body shop that cares about the work they put out. I will most certainly use Weber's again.
