Took my SUV in after hitting a deer. Light fender damage. My car was returned to me after a couple of weeks and I noticed a lot of screws had not been put in. I called and explained the situation and was told to bring it again. I brought my vehicle in and they kept it for three hours to tell me they didn't have the screws and would need to order them. I picked my vehicle up AGAIN with the work not complete. I am pleased to say they have finally completed the job on the third try. The service was ok at best. The work was ok at best. I will use another autobody shop in the future. This business has a poor reputation in the community and I now understand why.
Was not happy with the work done to my van. Back hatch was still full of glass after the broken window was fixed and they left tape or glue all over. Put parts on backwards causing paint to be chipped. I still don't know fully what was painted but the bad paint and tape lines help identify some areas.
I took my car here in February and they quoted it as fixable 7 grand damage..while then it took 3 months to get the Toyota parts in to fix the car and in early may I'm told now after they took my functioning totalled car appart and didn't put it back together..that it's totaled and now it has no back end..I been driving this car for months and told by the shop it should be safe to drive..so I did, and don't have another car so now I'm stuck with no car and my car now apparently has 20k worth of damage..I'm just upset because now I have no functioning vehicle and live in a town where I can get nearly nothing without driving. On the upside everyone here was nice to me helped me make sure I had everything out when I forgot things. Seems rather professional and just a bad situation.
