Hmm... at first I thought this guy was great. He answered the phone at 4:30 in the morning on the second ring and was more than happy to come out and assist. The man who gave my company the tow was friendly and helpful. The person we dealt with after they towed our car was rude and crooked. 450 dollars for a 7 mile tow. The shop did work they weren't asked, removed parts n then shoddily put them back or in plastic when they found out they weren't doing the repairs. Did a diagnostic on the engine. All at very high fees. I ended up paying over 1100 to have my car repaired to a worse condition than what the accident had left it. Shameful. So... it's glad to know that I've met someone who is more eloquently spoken than I am. However, it doesn't deter from the fact that the people that run your company or decide your prices or do your work that doesn't stop them from being Crooks. The car was completely empty on antifreeze by the time your tow truck got to where we were. And yep I did call it 4:30 in the morning but you're a 24-hour tow company so I would assume that 7 miles the cost to run your truck any damages incurred while you were going to get the vehicle paying for you know I don't know window wash fluid all that added up still doesn't come to $450. I know how much gasoline it takes to fuel your truck and I know how far from your automotive place we were. Also you were told to not do the estimate on the vehicle and that her insurance company would send someone out. The first gentleman couldn't make it and they scheduled a second but before the second person arrived Carrie had had enough of your storage fees and removing parts from her vehicle so we called an independent party. Carrie was paired for the parts of her vehicle that needed to be bought as well as the average labor cost. She was not given the outrageous fee for your tow services. She chose to pay you guys your fees out of the money she reserved received from. She chose to pay you guys your fees out of the money she received from her insurance company. Also, to remove her bumper and the condensor literally takes less than 40 min. The bumper, at the least, should have been put back on the vehicle the same way it was taken off. To keep it secure when the vehicle was moved yet again by another tow truck. Instead two clips were put back in place and that's it and the condenser was wrapped in plastic. The radiator was never even touched obviously. Now we asked for the tow truck driver to take the car directly to Blair and said that we would pay any extra fee associated with that. He said all that we would need to pay for is the tow and that the car would not be charged storage fees in the process of waiting for the insurance company to come and assess the damage. The insurance company took two days to get there and by then your people had already taken the pieces off and ran an engine diagnostic which we were also charged for. Y'all are Crooks and I was trying to be nice. But since you want to try and act all smart and like you didn't do anything wrong it was just a big misunderstanding I think that I'll be sure to inform the Better Business Bureau as soon as I'm done posting this reply to your ridiculous response. Make better choices. Money isn't everything and when you die no one's going to care how much money you had

We are sorry for the poor service and the misunderstanding between us and your insurance company. The tow bill was based off the tow being at 5 am on a weekend and a charge to wash the bed of the truck from the anti-freeze leaking all over the bed. Kari called Monday morning and wanted us to write an estimate and her insurance company would be in touch with us. We informed her that we would need to do a tear down on the car to inspect the amount of damage. We did a tear down which consisted of us taking off the front bumper and taking out the coolers to see the damage. It also consists of us doing a pre scan on the computer system as per vehicle manufacture specs. This must be done for anything 2012 and newer that is involved in a crash. Her insurance company called and said they could not make it to look at the car and wanted us to send over our estimate and photos. We did send over the info. After a few days went by we had not heard anything from the insurance company, so we called. That is when we were informed that the customer was going to have a friend fix the car. So, the reason for the additional charges is for the tear down to inspect the amount of damage, the pre scan we did, and an admin / estimate writing fee. Her insurance company never even came and looked at the car, but they were nice enough to issue her a check for repairs off our photos and estimate. Kari was paid in full by the insurance company for the tow and all fees related to what we did. She paid nothing out of her pocket for this. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding between the customer, the insurance company, and our shop. Our job is to repair your vehicle back to pre-crash condition. We do not cut corners on repairs and want it fixed right. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. As for the bumper being put on poorly and the part in the back wrapped in plastic, Kari was informed that we would put the bumper on part way and the a/c condenser in the trunk wrapped in plastic. This way she could take it home for repairs. She was informed that we were not putting it all back together. We were only putting the parts on just to get it on a trailer and back home.

Listen people, I've been using Schneiders for approximately nine years. Other than two hiccups in those nine years, I would have to say that you can use Schneiders with confidence. We've had small tire issues to complete deisel engine rebuilding, pretty much bumper to bumper problems over the years that have been taken care of by this group of experts in their respective fields.

Crooks! Over priced and lies to cover for incompetence. If my vehicle broke down in front of the building I would have it towed anywhere else.

Charged me over $45 just to mount and balance a single tire onto the rim, not on the car as well just on the rim. Charged me for disposal of a lid tire even tho there wasn’t one to get dispose of….Took advantage of me being in a hurry on my lunch break and over charged me. Never will return to this shop and will never advise anyone else to go here as well unless you want to give way to much money to this establishment….
