They had to repair the whole left front panel and the hood of my car plus painting.

I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing major repairs on their vehicle. A 6pt buck smashed into my car and there was a lot of damage done. Between all of the parts that needed to be ordered and the time for repairs, I was very impressed that my car was done within 6 weeks. Mackenzie was very good to me since day one. She updated me on ordering and delivery of parts, what process my car was in for repairs and helped me with getting a rental car when my insurance ran out. Mackenzie went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy and everything went smoothly. She was also very patient with me when I would call more than once in a day with questions.
