I am sorry you felt like we didn't do our job to leave us a one star review. We strive really hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. Can you tell us what the issue was? We understand this was a difficult repair due to the amount of rust, but we thought we were fair in our pricing. Is there anything we can do to remedy this?
