Brought my Avalanche in on Tuesday afternoon for a window issue,turned out to be a burnt out power window motor they had it done on Wednesday as promised. Would totally recommend Abra.

I trust abra auto body in Cloquet because they take time to explain what they are going to do to the vehicle. They took care of the rental set up. They let me know if they're was going to be a delay. I really enjoy doing business with Abra outo body in Cloquet. ( Thanks very much) (LEROY L NLSEN)

They estimated damages at one thing but charged my insurance almost 2k more than that. they did several things that weren’t on the estimate (a wheel alignment and tire rotation) which were not necessary. Finally the estimate said 32.2 man hours (or 4-5 days) to completion they had my truck for six business days. Would not recommend to anyone
