***SCAMMERS!!!! Watch out people, I took my car in to get my transmission worked on and walked out right away when heard the excuses for parts and prices. I was told 3 different amount everytime like I knew nothing. The shop tried charging me for brake replacements, that's funny because I've just changed them myself a month ago. I've been fixing my own car for years because of shops like these. I work on my cars and know what I need and don't need. What a SCAM.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was very happy with how quick the process went! I also appreciate the explanation of the different levels of service and what was included. The staff was very welcoming and the waiting room is very comfortable if you choose to wait while your car is serviced. Highly recommend for your automotive maintenance needs!

They drove in a snow storm to get a part needed for my car and got it up and running that same day. I'm glad I found this place!

Excellent shop, was able to assist me with an issue other shops were unable to manage. Great communication along the way for the work being done. They also were able to accommodate my vehicle in a very timely manner.

So far so good! I’m VERY picky about who I let touch my cars, Top Tier is so far the only place in the Madison area that has treated me with absolute respect and understanding. It’s a pleasure talking with them, you can tell they love what they do. I’ll add an update once I take my car in for the repairs. Update: I’m very satisfied with how everything went! A part of my AC condenser broke during the repairs and I was initially concerned about the quality of work but then I received two videos showing me what happened and why it happened. Turns out it was corroded and bound to break at any time. I was also texted an update every day which I greatly appreciated. All in all I’m very happy and will be going back here as a regular!

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection. They replied quickly to my emails to set up the appointment. Super friendly people at the front desk, I stayed while they inspected it and they have a nice waiting room with wifi and coffee. They quoted me an inspection price before taking it in which I appreciated, then sent me a detailed email about everything that could use work. Definitely recommend.
