Caliber was a one stop shop, called insurance and dropped off my car, and they took care of the rest keeping me informed every step of the way. They treated me like royalty. I didn’t have to do anything. They finished my car about twice as fast as I expected it and the job was flawless and they cleaned up the rest of the car like I just bought a brand new car. I would never take my car anywhere else! They showed me what they were going to do and why, making the repair as if the accident never happened. There is a great feeling knowing they are going to fix my car properly. Steve and Dan helped me understand the correct way to fix my car and why , the body techs and painter did a flawless job. There is no way to tell my car was ever in an accident and they backed it up by a lifetime warranty.

2023 Mazda CX-5 got hit by a deer in November. Repair and communication was great except that some paint protection film that was paid for was missing. It is now February and I have been calling nearly every week to get it scheduled. I understand there has been issues with associates being out but where is the continuity with representatives? I call and a message is left saying I will be contacted but it has never happened and I continue to call each week. This to me is an example of a business where once they get their money, any follow-up is an afterthought.

What wonderful service❤️ I hit a "fluffy" raccoon, and I had to take my car hair for repairs. I had great service and the check in with my mechanic. Also, they deal with Enterprise, and you don't have to ever leave Caliber Collision because Enterprise drops your car off here for you. So easy! Juan is great! Thanks again for all your awesomeness ☺️
