Very reasonable prices and super easy to work with.
Paid for all 4 tire sensors to be changed. Was charged more for universal than the price of oem. Stopped working within a week. Finally go to replace and find out they never replaced any. Shops full of scammers and hack jobs.
Called to see if I could make an appointment. I was told it was first come first serve and if I wanted to have it looked at right away to bring it in when they opened at 8. I got up early to do that. Didnt hear anything for FOUR hours. Finally I went back to check on it because I had to get to work. They hadn't even looked at it yet. Just lost my business.
Remember good old fashioned customer service? You'll find it here!! Brad was accommodating from the minute I called. It's first come first serve so get there early to drop off your vehicle. I'll take that any day along with being treated with kindness. I will for sure come back to Broadway Tire & Auto if I need to.
Tim was an honest man and I really appreciate it during these high rising inflation days. Will definitely be going back here. Thanks, Tim!
