I worked with Josh after being rear ended by a driver without insurance. The service this fella provided was top notch. With a family emergency occurring during the time my vehicle was at Bergstrom, Josh was willing to do whatever it took to get me on the road and became a main point of contact, above both the insurance agent and adjuster as well as the car rental agency. About a month out from the repairs and everything still looks great. Minor imperfections due to my insurance adjuster having an allergy to shelling out more money, but certainly not the fault of Bergstrom. Would recommend.
