Single woman taken advantage of by Quality Auto? I believe so. I visited Quality Auto a few times, spent a lot of money on repairs, and ended up with more issues than I went in with. Quality Auto "fixed" the exhaust on my SUV twice but on my last visit told me he didn't actually know what was wrong with it. I later learned the exhaust pipe was rusted out. Quality Auto told me I needed new brakes (although I had no issues with them I agreed) and after replaced by Quality Auto I had to go back in twice due to a sinking break peddle. I later learned the master cylinder was suddenly cracked. I recommend DePere Auto for repairs. They found and fixed everything Quality Auto could/would not. I feel like I gave Quality Auto a bunch of money to create more issues than I went in with. It's getting tough to know who to trust.
