Joe is an amazing person to work with. I have brought my vehicles here for quite awhile and have ALWAYS been on the receiving end of top notch service. Excellent service and experience all around. The auto aces team was timely in their diagnostics and communication. I felt we were given honest advice from the start. I didn’t feel we were being sold any services that were unnecessary. Service work was completed quickly as well. All around the staff was great; we will be back when needed.

Started off great, got me in immediately. Identified the issue. Need crankshaft position sensor replaced. Then told me the price. $330. Technician said had to take the starter off. Wrong. Told them that I'd have it towed it. Receptionist was super nice. Tech was super rude. Had attitude that i didnt want them to fix it. Sensor was $60 at autozone. Took 15 mins to replace it at home. Can get to the sensor from the bottom without removing anything. I learned that from a YouTube video.

I cannot recommend Joe and the entire team enough!! Tremendous help for our daughter while going to college in Green Bay. We were living in Illinois and felt helpless. Joe provided a relief any parent appreciates when they are unable to be there. Having moved up to Green Bay, I took my car in and Joe got me in immediately and rectified the problem. Not only are they extremely professional, the entire team displays a compassion that is sorely missed. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I called Auto Aces a bit frantic after recieving a huge estimate from another company. Joe really listened to my concerns, looked it over and came up with a plan that I'm really confortable with. He wants to make sure we really pinpoint the issue before jumping to such an expensive conclusion. Even if he confirms that I need that particular repair done, I will believe it and know I have a great team helping me. Thank you for your candor and flexability. I found my new go-to place for vehicle needs.

I had originally went to Auto Aces of Howard in summer 2022. I was just visiting Green Bay doing work for moving etc. and had a belt brake. I called my regular mechanic a family friend and he did not answer, so I decided to try Auto Aces because my BFF who I only trust takes hers vehicles there, and was not sure on my family friends prices. I called Auto Aces asked if I got my vehicle towed there if they would be able to get to it that week. I was broken down on the side of the road. Joe the owner said yes, and they did. I was able to keep the U-haul I had rented (from DePere location) overnight and avoid car rental costs. Auto Aces helped make that possible by following me to the U-Haul drop off in De Pere and giving me a ride back to my fixed car at their location. I offered a tip to their driver and he would not take it. I asked him why he said “We are not about that.” This time 07/05/2023 I needed my full brakes done. I had let them go out of not having enough money. I am homeless and living out of my car and needed my brakes fixed. I had called twice prior to getting an appointment. The lady I had spoke with both times was informational on a costs and worked with me to to set up an appointment where the car work could get done all that day and I could have my car back. I scheduled the appointment on 06/29/2023 and work is done 07/05/2023 11:00 a.m. I brought in the car around 7:15 a.m. to make sure it was there by 8:00 a.m. the scheduled time, so they would have enough time to get the work done by end of the day. They looked at it first to check what all needed to be done. Brakes, drivers side rotor, and rear wheel bearing. Joe gave me a final price for brakes and brakes with wheel bearing done. Joe gave me the information and let me decide. He did not manipulate, try to convince me, or pressure me. While I was waiting I heard Joe on the phone with another customer and he did the same thing with her. Gave her the information, no manipulation or pressure and let the other customer decide as well. I decided to get brakes and wheel bearing fixed. There was an issue with the brake repair process the passenger side caliper would not move. They did not tell me, because Joe was wise and made a decision based on needs. Joe did tell me when he gave me my bill. He explained why he did not tell me, due to business and the car was already being worked on. He said he worked in a coupon and kept the original price he quoted and gave me. Personal note it has been humbling to accept kind acts when I just want to provide for myself. I asked if I could pay wanting to do the right thing myself, Joe did not take that offer. I got my brakes- pads, rotors , calipers fixed and wheel bearing fixed which is even better, so I wont have that problem or expense when I get employed again. It is important to note as well the first time I needed their services I was a truck driver with a “better” income and now homeless and Auto Aces did not treat me badly, sneer at me, or even turn me away which some business do. Auto Aces actually have gone out of their way both times to help me. Specifically the owner Joe going out of his way to help me. I am sure Joe does not know what his driver employee said to me “That their company is not about making money.”, but Joe by his actions and company’s service lived up to this. A company who has these beliefs, morals, values and follows through is the type of American Businesses we need to keep and which are a dying breed these days. I highly suggest and recommend Auto Aces for timely, cost, service, and quality of people. I, Thank you, Joe and your family for creating this type of business and being the type of business you are.
