Quick emissions testing, can't beat that.
needed an imission test and was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Renee was very polite and helpful!

Drove into Durand Automotive Center unannounced without a reservation, waited about 5 minutes, another previous inspection was being done. They then took my keys, tested my car, passed and was on my way all less than in 10 minutes after my arrival time. Lady who performed test was welcoming and very pleasant. It was a quick and excellent experience.

Everything went well; timing, pricing, customer service. Appreciated the counter person attention to detail and explanation of several items that I had asked to be checked. This was my third visit over the years and Durand Automotive continues to satisfy.
Since we have relocated to Racine, we have been taking our vehicles to Durand. We have been able to trust Durand and found they are able to manage any issue we bring in, both efficiently and effectively. Renee is always completely honest and transparent with us. She offers phenomenal customer service, understanding our needs, although we don’t speak “car”. We trust Renee and know she always tries to offer us out the best she can. With a large family, having a mechanic you can trust means a lot. Durand is an auto shop that shows integrity and care for the customer. They have a solid skill set in the trade and have never let us down. I give them my highest recommendation.
