The actual work on my car was wonderful! You cant even tell there was any damage. I’m not happy with the way I was treaded when I dropped my car off, when I was trying get updates on my vehicle, or when it was ready to pick up. There was no communication between the front service staff and myself for any updates, if there was it was snotty and ill tempered. I had an appointment scheduled and assumed that it would only take a week to finish repairs as they had told me they had all of the parts ordered ahead of time. It was over two weeks before I could pick up my car and NO updates were given to me at all. The “complementary” texts to let you know your vehicle is done weren’t sent until over 2 hours AFTER I picked up my vehicle. My fiancé also had his car in for repairs at the same time and could not drive under its own power (clutch was fried and needed to be turned off to shift gears without grinding them). His car wasn’t touched for over a month before the manager called and told him to tow it away, fix it, and bring it back. He claimed that they had damaged cars before by pushing them around and they wouldn’t be responsible for any damage to the car if they had to push it. I’ve worked in the automotive field for long enough and with expensive enough cars to know that this is false if you are careful (think 1/4-3/4 of a million dollar race cars). We also asked that they notify us a few days before the car was projected to be done so we could have a tow company come out and tow it to our shop to have the necessary repairs done for it to be drivable again, they outright refused to do so. After we were notified, two days after the car was done and ready to be picked up, we had a series of weather and holiday delays and the tow company would not pick up right away. The lack of communication during repairs quickly changed to harassment to get the car off the lot or they were to start charging storage fees. When we tried to explain that that most tow companies wouldn’t tow a lowered car and the one that would would take a week to get there (experience and expenses were part of the delay) we were threatened again with storage fees when this could have been avoided with a 30 second phone call/text or an email. I am not happy and will recommend that any family or friend go elsewhere due to this situation. I would like a call from higher management and would like to discuss the situation further as there is more that I need to discuss.

I went to this body shop after an accident and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Being in an accident sucks and when you don't know much about cars body work and dealing with insurance is intimidating. From the first phone call to picking my car up the entire experience was great. Jerry Harrington was probably the nicest and most helpful mechanic I've ever met. He was responsive over email and took the time out of what he was working on to explain everything to me in detail and answer my questions.

I had to bring my vehicle in for an estimate today and had such a pleasant experience with the staff. The front desk staff were kind and jubilant and my estimator, Jerry, was so kind and helpful. He was fully transparent, answered all of my questions, and discussed various alternative options. As a woman, dealing with automotive staff can be daunting and uncomfortable. My lack of automotive knowledge has been taken advantage of in the past, but I felt comfortable and respected through the whole process with Jerry, he’s a really upstanding professional.

Staff was friendly and helpful, communication was great, and our car was fixed very quickly. We hit a raccoon that messed up the bumper, they worked very well with our insurance and all we had to do was drop the car off, pick up the rental, and that was it! Despite the parts shortage, we had our car back in 2 weeks and the paint is perfectly matched, looks OEM. They even cleaned our car inside and out without any charge, that was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you Zimbrick team for doing such a great job!
