I brought my car in the other day because my tire blew and they got my tire ordered and on the same day and I was ready to go. The workers even told me to drive safe. Thank you guys!

We have done business with this company in the past for tire repair. We will not be using them in the future. They have communication issues both with events and how they treat people . . . Here's the backstory and the unforgivable part. BACKSTORY: My husband had an appointment to have a part replaced on his truck. The part had to be ordered and he was told it would be in today. . . . He showed up as planned, was told the part was not in and to go home to wait for news. . . . He called a few hours later and was told the part was there, and then told (by a different person) that since he didn't leave the vehicle they removed him from the schedule. While frustrating for both parties, at this point its just a miscommunication and you move forward. THE UNFORGIVABLE PART: when my husband asked about rescheduling, the person on the phone told him to find someone else to do the work and hung up on him. . . . I heard the conversation, my husband was actually calm and respectful in stating the events and asking to reschedule.

Stated - does NOT work on lawn mowers, period, MUST remove tire to repair. It's a single bolt through, 10min fix tops.. hole already plugged, just needed a bead set and air... Refused service unless I brought a tire only. Would not loan me the socket necessary to remove. On friendly service and kind intentions, I give them a zero. Could they have removed the tire for me? Yeah, easily. When I'm asked by a client to do something slightly out of my job description, I help, because it's the right thing to do. Truly does not matter if your using your impact on a car lug nut or a mower lug nut. Sent me back out in the rain to sort it myself with no tools. Thanks Stoughton "tire" center.
