We started taking vehicles to Clausen around 2003. My wife took her Stratus in, and Cameron impressed her with his honest and respectful demeanor. They do great work, they are straightforward about what’s necessary and what can wait, and they make sure you understand what they are talking about. After completing diagnostics, they will text you pics with the estimate, and are willing to talk through everything until all your questions are answered. I can’t recommend anyone more highly.

Had my ford explorer towed in after hours, they had a really easy to understand form by the drop box for keys, filled that out and the following morning they had called with a cost on repair. After a brief search of the repair the price was at or below surrounding shops. They had it fixed and ready to roll by lunch. Now the only down side was there was this random fuse box cover in my cup holder. The plastic tabs were busted off. When I asked the counter guy he said it was found on the floor. I didn’t really watch the tow truck guy that close, and it may have just broke and fell on the floor from wear and tear, or the mechanic broke it, I truly have no idea. So the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is they didn’t just make this right (which I understand may not have been there fault) it’s not an expensive piece to replace, but it’s certainly easier for someone trained to do it

I like that these folks always let me know if other maintenance is needed. Called after an oil change to say I needed a couple new filters, and they replaced right away for same day pick up.

Clausen auto reset an air bag code that I saw online done in under 5 minutes and they changed me $149. The video didn’t show the set up time, but still that seem a little excess.
