Darrells goes out of their way to repair your vehicle. Especially if your vacationing and need the car quickly. My starter went bad, all shops around told me over a week to repair it. Darrells returned my call quickly, and fixed it within a day. I really appreciate their customer service. Thank you
Power steering went out. Worked late into evening to get it fixed so we could travel the next day. Power steering now works great. Highly recommend
Stopped in with no appointment with a nail in the tire. We were on a road trip from Texas and had groceries, a dog and it was raining. They fixed the tire immediately, let us and the dog stay in the waiting area and couldn’t have been nicer. You saved us! Thanks to all of you.
