THEY WILL NOT BACK THEIR WORK- so get it in writing or go elsewhere! They recently did some work for me in which I contacted Jay about my exhaust making noise after they upgraded it. He said, "looks to be In the holes from the picture" after sending him the picture of the two hangers (attatched below) I then sent him a video of my exhaust being pressed against my heatshield and the exhuast hangers practically just sitting there. He then went on to ignore my messages aligning with my concerns for help. Which is the reason for my poor review. Wish they'd just fix the issue with my exhaust, which I spent $2,000 on the work they did.... not happy with their work at all
