My experience was good, I thought it was a very expensive battery I understand there was some other tests done.a itemized bill would be great to see how much everything was separated to get the final cost.
We have been going Van Zeeland's for years and they have always taken great care of us. They give you fair estimates and good advice on what needs to be addressed and what can potentially wait. Much appreciated!

Pricing, selection of different tire options and the installation/alignment for my 2017 Camry was excellent. Very happy with all of that. Disappointed with financing option. I came in earlier in the month for an estimate and I ask about financing (using other people's money) so I went to website, filled out form and was approved. When I went to pay for the tires and service the young person couldn't find my application and approval. They tried calling the bank, told me that we could be on hold for up to 20 minutes or more. This is not a problem with me so I just paid with a different credit card. Just disappointed about financing or lack of. After driving on the tires for more than a week, I'm still very happy with my decision to go with Van Zeeland's and will purchase from them again.
