Took in my bmw for an alignment they ended up breaking a stud while taking of a tire then i was charged $80 for their “time” to extract it yet they broke it disappointed in their service

Mar 23, 2024Thank you for your business and feedback Junior! But your review just isn’t accurate. When removing the wheel from your BMW a wheel lug bolt did break, however, this is usually a result of the lug bolt being to tight or improperly torqued the last time the wheel was off, which was not by us. As a matter of fact, when I called you to explain the situation you told me there was a new lug bolt in the drivers door pouch that was a spare because you had broke them in the past. So we then removed the brakes and extracted the broken bolt, put it back together, installed the wheels and torqued them to spec. I charged you $31 (20 minutes of time) for this, not $80, which I thought was very reasonable considering we had almost an hour into the process.
