Worked us in to repair a punctured tire on Labor Day weekend. Fast, efficient,and friendly service.
I have always taken my vehicles to Eagle River tire, and since moving away from the area I still trust Eagle River Tire is going to do an excellent and honest job and will travel to schedule service with them. I have on multiple occasions had some complex issues with my vehicles, and every time they have gone above and beyond to get it back on the road. Most recently I had some issues with my vehicle that I had brought to a local dealership to have diagnosed and they could not figure out the problem with it. I brought it to Mike and they thought it might be a bad thermostat which they replaced. A day later the thermostat was acting up and they suspected that a sensor was bad and that the part they just installed was potentially faulty. They stood behind their work and did not charge me to replace the faulty thermostat that they had just put in. I finally have my vehicle back and it is a huge relief. Mike and the crew at Eagle River Tire have always done an excellent job repairing and diagnosing issues with my vehicles over the years and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thankful for such a great auto shop. They provide the best customer service around. Needed a new battery today. Called at 8 a.m. and they worked me in asap and got me back on the road.
