Had service repair work done to replace outside drivers mirror. The car was put into the shop exactly on time and work was completed in 30 minutes rather than the scheduled hour. I would recommend them for service work on a new car.

The team was wonderful. They worked really well together and were able to help me purchase the exact car I wanted. I was from out of town and they had everything ready for my by the time I got there. I really appreciated their flexibility.

Went to Eagle River Ford to have a trailer hitch receiver and wiring set up on my Ford Maverick. The service completed was installed very well despite the fact of providing my tailgate with plenty of new scratches. To make the matter worse I was overcharged $238 dollars for the service in which I still have yet to receive. I’ve been in contact with Ford directly about this and seems this dealer is in no rush to resolve this issue.
Very pleased with a recent service on my F150 at this dealership. Everything was timely and well explained, and they offered to pickup and deliver the truck when I wasn't able to do it myself. Much appreciated!

Buyer beware.
Just purchased a used 2021 Expedition from Justin Kor. He was extremely patient and helpful through all my questions since we were purchasing from out of state. When it looked like transport wasn’t going to be the best option for us and we were driving to Wisconsin he went above and beyond to bring the truck to their other dealership that saved us an hour. I would definitely recommend him as a salesman! Chris in finance was also extremely nice, friendly and helpful when it came to warranty questions. Can’t comment more than that since we had our one finance. It’s easy to tell this dealership focuses on customer service!!!
