Being a State Farm Agent you see just about everything when it comes to body shops. Recently, had to take my car in for a claim and just picked it up today, i was blown away by the service from the front desk, repair specialists, and management. Took my corvette in for a new windshield with camera in glass. There tech knew everything .did a great job . Everybody friendly and help full. I am so happy with the work that Mander collision completed on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner! A deer crashed into the driver side door and window as well as the passenger door and took off my mirror. The damage was extensive. Mander collision did an awesome job of making my truck look brand new! The communication was amazing. They kept us in the loop regarding repairs and progress. John F. 2021 Ford F150. A tree branch fell and dented the top of my passenger door. Upon inspection, Devon found even more hidden damage. Mander worked directly with my insurance company and within minutes my claim was approved and the work was scheduled. I dropped of the truck, picked up the rental vehicle that Mander helped my insurance company have ready. During the repair process, I was communicated with frequently to understand what step the truck was in and the expected completion date. When I picked up the completed truck, the rental was dropped off and Mander coordinated its return. The repair to my truck was flawless. Hard to call it a repair since it looks as good or better than new! I cannot say enough of the quality of repair, complete ease of scheduling, and the professionalism of the entire staff at Mander. If there was higher than a 5 star rating, they deserve it! I took my 2016 F-150 in to have repairs to the passenger side of the truck. They did great work, but the service was above and beyond. This work was an insurance claim so I made the estimate appointment through my insurance and once I decided to have them do the work they handled the everything with my insurance from there. It was such a great feeling knowing that they were handling everything and sending me updates on the progress at least once to twice a week. I will be taking all my vehicles to Mander for any body or glass work going forward.
