Wonderful people to work with, great body work on our chevy 2500.
Shell Lake Auto Body did a wonderful job on my son's car. Even though there had been prior repair that was substandard, they fixed it up really well. It looks good as new. Thanks so much.
They told my parents that it would take 3 weeks to fix the hail damage on their truck. It ended up taking 15 weeks. He also went over his original quote by $3000-$4000. The owner was not communicative and didn't give my mom the detailed invoice for their insurance because it would take him 30min to do. My parents went in there several times to find out what was taking so long and he just made up excuses. When my mom and I picked it up, he said he wanted to take care of us because we were good customers which just seems like a ploy to keep us in his favor. Seems like a very unprofessional business and owner. Would not recommend.
Had deer damage. Great customer service from Shell Lake Auto Body. Arranged car rental to use while work was being done. Got car back in excellent condition, like new. Very satisfied with timeliness and professionalism. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Shell Lake Auto Body!!
