Normally I've had good experience at the Spooner, WI location, but the lady that I dealt with today had no customer service skills. She was very unfriendly, not helpful and didn't even try to answer my question. In fact, she acted annoyed that i requested assistance. She was definitely not the kind of person I would have expected to be in a customer service position working with the public.

The two gentleman working this evening we're amazing the one fixed my headlights the other one kept me company in the store as I shopped I scored some really awesome floor mats and I can now see with my headlights straight instead of one shooting at the sky and one shooting at the ground they both were very accommodating and helpful hands down awesome service
