We have used this business in the past and our experiences were favorable. Recently we have had difficulty. Being told to come get an estimate before a certain time (because they won’t schedule you), getting time off from work and then nobody being there to do the estimate. Inconsistent information on how they will handle repairs. Working with them for three weeks just to be told they are booked out 4 months. Why wouldn’t you be upfront with people about how far out your scheduling is before they go through the process?
