Tell your customers that you have moved. We called the Spencer location like we always do schedule the appointment for an oil change. My husband got out of work an hour early because it takes an hour to get there made the appointment for 3 o'clock. He drove all the way there only to see that all the cars are gone and there was no longer a dealership called the number and got told you moved to Neisville by this time he cannot make it to Neillsville to get the oil change done so we had to reschedule for Friday and drive all the way out to Neillsville and waste our time driving out there and oil change and check the wiring took over two hours then they tried to charge us full price for everything and we have a warranty. They still try to charge us for the labor for what was covered under the warranty and we started asking questions got it covered under the warranty they had to order the parts. We waited over two weeks before I called them to find out if the parts came in which when I called them they were there but they had not called us to tell us this I scheduled an appointment and I told him 10 or 11 for preferably 11 o'clock and I was told that 11 o'clock they might not be able to get it done by the time they had to take their lunch , is it not their job to call and tell me that they have the part. Took almost two hours again to install the wiring today. The guy when we checked in didn't even know what we needed and was dumb founded when we told him why we were there. Another guy had to tell him the part was right next to him. Very unorganized at where they r now!!!! I for one don't believe I will be buying another vechile from gross motors.
