Can’t say enough about the service that I received at Morrie’s Ford in Sparta. Starting with the valet service pick up and drop off at my workplace was amazing . the text messaging updates on the status of my service was great. I love the videos that they send. I just feel like that gives me a little more transparency in my service. Overall, I really can’t say enough good things about the service that I have received so far at Morrie‘s.

One of the service experiences I've had at a dealership. Extremely friendly and helpful in providing estimates. Also, really appreciated the quick video they provide of your service especially since you cannot go back to look at what they are talking about if something is needing to have attention paid to.

Ashley was AMAZING! This is my second experience with this dealership. Both times were great. This specific visit was an oil change. Ashley made sure to set up my appointment & verify a few things regarding tire rotation. She even noticed that I had ford reward points to use which cut my total fees down tremendously. She was kind and professional. Definitely will continue to use Morries in Sparta.

I went to Morrie's in Sparta, WI because they had an incredible tire sale which was buy three and get the fourth one for a dollar! While I was there, I got an oil change as well as I was able to finally take care of an open recall issue on my Ford Escape. Making an appointment was easy and I really liked that they had an appointment specialist call me back the same day that I made the appointment to discuss all the work that I needed to have done. There was absolutely no pressure - just a wonderful conversation with helpful suggestions. While I was in their waiting area, the appointment specialist came out with my engine filter, given to her by the mechanic, and asked me if I wanted to have that changed. I really felt in control of making decisions and not being pressured at all. I think it's brilliant customer service to have a woman as one of the appointment specialists to speak with women coming in to gave work done on their vehicles. Thank you, Victoria for everything! 😉
