I stopped in about an hour before closing and quickly found out that Ball Body Shop does not do estimates in that last hour, despite being "open". I spoke with a very nice person at the front desk and an estimator did make an exception since I was only minutes past 5pm, and look at my vehicle. The estimator wanted a second opinion from another employee so I was asked to come back the next day. I came back the next business day and spoke to a very busy second estimator who was in a poor mood. His behavior and attitude made it clear he did not want the job and was too busy to provide an estimate. The rushed "estimate" he gave me was a complete joke -- THOUSANDS of dollars different from the other two estimates I already had -- Clearly not in the "BALL" park (pun intended)! Ball Body shop wasted my time and fuel with 2 dedicated trips to their facility just to walk away with nothing but a bad experience. I would have rated Ball Body Shop 1-star, but the two female employees I talked to on my first visit were very nice, respectful, and polite, and to me that matters!
