Every time I need my car serviced I take it to Charlie's Automotive. Why? Because I feel like I'm being cared for. Like your parents would show concern..
I can rely on this garage to do most jobs. Very reliable and very knowledgeable. They do great work here!
I heard a grinding sound on my car and took it to Charlie's. He took it for a drive on the spot and identified the problem. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They are accommodating and flexible and have great communication while your car is in their care. They really care about making sure our vehicles are in good working condition so that my family and I are safe on the roads. Friendly, respectful, transparent, honest, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Got my tire fixed fast and customer service was awesome. Price was very reasonable.
My only experience left me believing they are customer oriented with quick to analyze and fix (when possible) so to get vehicles back to customer as soon as possible. Great communicator.
AMAZING!! We have brought my husband’s truck to Charlie’s twice!! Once for a brake/electrical problem. Second for a broke piece with the 4WD. They communicated very well. Got the work done efficiently and at great quality!! We would recommend this amazing business and will be returning anytime we have an issue with our cars!! Customer Service top notch!!
