My Civic had a mysterious electrical issue when cold starting and Tony and his Tech team investigated every possible cause, tried 5 different scenarios to cause the non-start event, and with their persistence, they identified a temperamental starter. They never gave up! Charges for the part, labor, and diagnostic times were VERY fair. He has definitely earned my business!
I wouldn't go any where else. Best mechanics around -- and honest and fair.
Not only did they fix the issue with the car, and the store has a great decor!
