Great experience here! Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a slide out motor fail on my motorhome and was extremely impressed with their knowledge on the mechanics of the slide out. Lost all the Dr's details from back in the summer post holiday to South Dakota. Had a blowout on #41 W/B near Pensaukee. Triple AAA failed miserably to help us with 5th wheel toyhauler. A volunteer firefighter stopped to lend a hand and told us about the Dr's Trailer and RV Shop. I call and after a few back and forths - reception was terrible - the Dr told us he'd stay late to help us along our way. Truth be told they were wonderful, took the blowout away and had a tire remounted for us and stayed to put it on the trailer - torquing it on precisely. The Dr, his wife and daughter were super helpful. I will comment that I've been taken advantage of on the road and the Dr was not only super kind to help us out, but honesty must also be his middle name. The quote I'd agreed too on the phone was lowered substantially ( $70.00 or so ) because the tire came in a little cheaper. Frankly I would have been happy to pay the full amount, obviously I'd never know what the cost of the tire actually was, but the Dr. lives by being straight forward, honest, and with super work ethics. Took a couple hours to find the info online for the Dr, but I wanted to thank him, his wife, and his daughter for helping an older couple from Canada with good old fashioned American friendship. Fernando and staff are real professionals and he is a man of his word. We brought our horse trailer in after having at another place three times without the problem being fixed. They diagnosed it and kept me informed of what they found and the estimated cost. They went above and beyond. We are back on the road and hitting the trails again. Highly recommend for your horse trailer needs.
