Reliable, quick, informational and fair!! Highly recommended!! I had a rear wheel bearing exploded while on hwy 29. Called over to the shop to see if they could get me in without an appointment and they could. After talking over your options they got the part and had me in and out within 3 hours. Completely blown away by the service provided by Brian and team at Performance Auto. I was referred to them by my insurance when needing some body work done. Brian met me at my house within just a few hours of me calling him to take pictures and assess the damages on my vehicle and had a quote back to me in less than 24 hours! (How amazing! Now THAT is going above and beyond!) I was provided a rental car at no expense while the team worked on my car. And, they even coordinated getting my wheels refinished while my car was in the shop getting body work done! (Saved me a separate trip and an additional whole day of having my car in the shop elsewhere - so so much appreciated!) Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was kind and professional. My car was done a full day earlier than I was told - and my car appeared to be vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up! It felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle home. I am beyond satisfied with all the services provided by Performance Auto and highly recommend them to any and everyone! The team at performance auto body did such a fantastic job with my vehicle! I had to get a door replaced and gouges fixed due to an accident. I got a quote right away and when it came time for the repair, I was set up with a loaner car. They worked with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop off the vehicle. Not only did was the repair seamless, but they also washed my car inside and out. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, performance auto is where I will go!
