Car broke down just north of Siren, WI. Called Southside for a tow and was told it would be about a 25 minute wait. Was pleasantly surprised to see the driver in 20 minutes. He was professional and courteous. Loaded the car up, explained how to climb into the cab without hurting myself ( tow trucks are a bit of a climb). Had my husband and I home in short order. Calculated the fee, unloaded our vehicle and said if we needed help with a repair to give them a call. Great service, thank you!
