Good work, friendly and on time

What an amazing shop!! Rachael is the best to work with! I needed my daughter's car repaired within 6 weeks. They promised me they could get it done, even with their heavy workload. A little over 2 weeks after I brought it in for an estimate Rachael called and said they had an opening! A week later my daughter's car was as good as new and they perfectly matched the Fire Orange Pearl paint. You guys are the best! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

Have had the best experience with Collision Solutions time and time again. I have been going to them for car repairs for years! My partner's vehicle was recently rear-ended and we had the pleasure of working with Racheal, her customer service was beyond words. We had to deal with an incompetent Allstate agent who was unavailable for the entire claim process(how convenient). But Racheal went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was able to squeeze us in to their already busy schedule, which we were grateful for. Once the vehicle went in for repair it was returned in less than a week! The vehicle looks good as new! As if nothing ever happened! They have customers for life, I wouldn't trust ANYONE else with a collision repair. Thank you guys!

Very nice people easy to work with

Everyone there has been super helpful, understanding, and kind when it comes to my car being fixed. Most places wouldn't even take me as I have an obscure insurance, but they did. They have definitely made this whole difficult and stressful time alot easier, and have been transparent with every step in the process of fixing my car! Hopefully I won't be hitting any more deer in the near future!

I took my car in for repair on Monday and needed it back by Thursday. Late Monday it was determined that additional parts were needed and the adjuster would be out the next day to approve. Next day the adjuster fails to show up. Rachel got the additional work approved over the phone and called to let me know. Every step along the way I was informed of the progress of the repair. I picked up the car early Thursday morning. Collision Solution exceeded my expectations. My compliments to Hal, Racheal and the boys in the back, all were terrific! Thank you.

If I could give then 10 stars I would! My husband was involved in an accident and our car was totalled. Our insurance company fought us over everything. Rachael and Hal were right there fighting with us! They went above and beyond over a 13 week period to get us what we needed. They were so on top of everything and their communication was top notch! I hope we are never in an accident again. But if we are, I will do whatever it takes to make sure our car goes back to them for repairs. They are amazing!
