My wife hit a deer with our Grand Cherokee. Although it took a little while for the parts to come in due to Thanksgiving and the UAW strike, they did a great job getting our vehicle back to looking like new.

Had our 2024 Lexus RX350 exactly two weeks when it was involved in an accident. The next day I called the manager of the Lexus dealership as panic was setting in as this car was scheduled to take us on a western Christmas road trip. Even had put snow tires on. Jason, the Body shop manager reaches out to me the same day (Saturday 12/2) and helps me to formulate a plan to have the vehicle picked up (90 miles away from Appleton) the first thing Monday morning. Jason got the parts ordered the next day, communicating with me in an impeccable fashion and on 12/10 calls to let me know the car would be ready on Thursday 12/13, exactly 13 days after the mishap. Upon inspection the 14K in damages were in no way existent. Beautiful work executed by one very proficient body shop manager and his team. Merry Christmas to us!! Bill and Jean C

I just received my car back from the body shop after hitting a deer. I was 100% pleased with the customer service throughout the entire process they were far more helpful then my Insurance company. Upon my walk around of the vehicle we noticed a minor issue and immediately stated they would make it right when I come back for another part we are waiting for. The team at Bergstrom Chevrolet Collision Center was great. I was hit by a driver that ran a light and they fixed my Gladiator up like it never happened. Even with the parts delays from the manufacturer, they finished the job before anticipated. Great team and they do great work.

Highly recommended! Got into an accident and had this body shop complete the repairs, they have done a phenomenal job each time they had my vehicle. Had a headlamp assembly replaced in which the manager Jason went above and beyond to help me with, but picked it up and found it cleaned inside and out. Literally, it looked like a whole new vehicle, it blew me away. Really impressed with their customer service and exceeding any expectations. In a not so friendly world, this shop does a standout job.

I have had my car here in the past. The same part got dinged. I called to get a price on the part and painting since they should have had it in their system. The lady on the phone literally argued with me. After she said “can’t” three times on me, I hung up and called another body shop. Next time someone calls and asks for a part price and the cost to paint that part, give it to them. Why make me come in when you have the info in your system. Dumb. Will not be recommending or going here any longer. You lost a customer.

I don't take time out of my day to leave reviews, ever. This is an exception. A total of eight visits, $15,000 in labor to get the front end of my Audi restored from an incident in fall of 2022. Each time I went to get my car I either noticed an issue, or when I got it home and washed it found an issue. Today I actually fixed one of the issues I brought it in for the eighth time, in the parking lot of the dealership when I was there to pick it up, so that I could take it home and not come back a ninth time. The reason for two stars and not one is because each time I went back, the receptionist was incredibly respectful and easy to work with. They also covered the labor for working on my car each time I went back. It's still ridiculous to have to bring my car back to a known prestigious dealership like Bergstrom eight times! If I end up needing to go back a ninth time I hope to get everyone's contact info so we can get together for Thanksgiving and Christmas, because I've been seeing them more than my own parents lately.

It's not fun for most people when something needs to be prepared on your vehicle but this location made it as least painful as they could. After the work was done, I couldn't tell if there was ever damage. I'm definitely happy with the result of the work.

The communication in body shop was great and my truck was fixed as soon as they could even with some parts holds out there.
